After six years, Natural Paw is closing. Rising fuel costs and tariffs have made it impossible to keep running the business sustainably. Thank you to every customer who trusted us with their cats over the years.
My order was refunded. When will I see it?
All unshipped orders have been refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If you don't see it after 10 business days, email us with your order number.
Free litter while supplies last
We'd rather our remaining litter go to cats than sit in storage, so we're giving it away. The litter is free and you pay only shipping. We are only offering shipments of full cases, which is 8 bags of cat litter with a total net weight of 36 pounds.
Shipping per case (37 lbs gross weight, 18" x 13" x 10" case size):
- East Coast and Midwest: $33
- South and Central states: $38
- Texas, Plains and Mountain states: $52
- West Coast and Southwest: $59
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
A few things to know:
- Orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Our staff is gone so we will hire temp workers to help get the orders out so please be patient. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the order ships.
- We'll do our best to match your litter type (automatic self-cleaning box vs. traditional box). However, the free litter is first come first serve.
- Scents are assigned based on available stock. Tell us your preference and we'll do our best, but we may send a similar substitute.
- Because the litter is free, all orders are final.

Shelters and rescues
Animal shelters and rescues can request free litter in larger quantities, with local pickup available in the Richmond, VA area. Please fill out our shelter request form.
