CATS: MYSTICAL AND SACRED ANIMALS!
WHERE DO CATS COME FROM?
There are many sources that say where the cats come from, China, South Africa, América etc, hundreds of scientific researches that contradict each other trying to explain cat's origins; but there's one thing they all have in common, cats have been and are considered sacred animals who provide us protection from all kind of energies and situations.
We can find these theories in egypcian, ancient rome, greek, chinese, japanese and even idian cultures. They all have worshiped cats for hundreds of years and have assigned them mystical powers of protection or divine attributes that put them in a sort of pedestal. And who doesn't follow that theory? If they definitely feel themselves as kings/queens, I mean that's how they behave... who are we to contradict what ancient and wise cultures have said for centuries? Exactly!
Acccording to some of the most relevant myths about cat's mystical nature these are the most common ones:
1.Cats can see spirits and according of its energy they can scare away them or to enhance their presence in our benefit.
2. Cats brings us lucky.
3. Cats are witches in disguise.
4. Cats are guardian angles.
"I have lived with several Zen Masters, all of them cats"
- Eckhart Tolle-
